Package I

On-the-Day Event Coordination

(One month before – P8, 000.00)

v  Pre-event meetings with the Bride and Groom one month before the wedding.

v Refer reliable wedding vendors.

v  Require the client to turn over all final contracts signed by them for review and follow ups.

v  Discuss with the client and the vendors on the details of the arrangement, lay-out, set-up, etc.

v  Instruct entourage of their duties and responsibilities.

v  Ocular inspection to the ceremony-reception site as needed and coordination with client’s identified suppliers.

v  Provide inputs, script, direct, arrange flow of reception program.

v  Provide client a complete bridal checklist.

v  On-the-day Coordination is applied.

                                                                       Package II

Semi Coordination

(Three to Six months before – P15, 000.00)

v  Unlimited meetings 3 to 6 months before the wedding.

v  Securing of suppliers and set-up appointments with vendors not yet contracted.

v  Planning and conceptualization of theme and motif.

v  Client calls to suppliers and attend other details needed for the event.

v  Review and turnover of all contracts.

v  On-the-day Coordination is applied

Package III

Full Coordination

(Six to Twelve months before – P25, 000.00)

v  Securing and providing a list of venues, possible vendors and cost of each.

v  Booking, coordination, budgeting and costing.

v  With RSVP.

v  On-the-day and Semi Coordination is applied

• Additional P3, 000.00 for out-of-town weddings.
